Recipients Deception

In 2008 Peter and Christiane (Christy) Clark and their 2 sons donated one of Peter and Christy's embryos  to a childless couple. The donation was based on the agreement of the recipient couple to ensure any

resultiant child would have ongoing contact with his/her brothers Dylan and Troy.  Troy is a full blood genetic twin to Cadence.

Based on the recipients assurances of the childs right to contact and the donors right to contact, the Clark family went ahead and donated their embryo, not knowing then that the recipients were lying and conning the Clark family.

• On the child's 1st birthday the recipients family asked the Clarks to give them $15,000 and more embryos or they would cut their child off from any contact.  
• They threantened the Clarks that they would make them suffer if they didn't comply. 
• The recipients immediately cut the child off from her genetic family and donors.
• They then cut off her brothers from seeing her.
• They refused any attempts to mediate.
• They then moved location, not notifying the donors and attempted to conceal their whereabouts and breach the HART Act which requires them to record all current contact details.
• They then put Trespass Notices on the child's brothers and genetic parents, even though her brothers had never even been allowed to visit their sister there.
• Cadence was effectively 'stolen' from her biological parents and brothers by a lying decieving childless couple who stopped at nothing, just to con a caring family into giving them an embryo.
