Arrange a survey

Thermally scan from up to 40 feet away. We inspect electrical switchboards, motor control equipment, pump and motor bearings, conveyor rollers, busbar ducting, HV/LV power transformers, HV switchyard and power lines, scale/restrictions, steam traps, refractories, energy loss, tank levels.

Detailed Report

Once our thermographers have identified the hot spots we provide a report on your facility with recommendations on what to repair and what to monitor, ranked according to urgency, so you can arrange people and parts to get things fixed before they cost you a lot more money in downtime.

Maintenance Plan

We can put a preventative maintenance schedule in place so you can plan your maintenance to suit you. We understand PM cycles and can provide an equipment register with a friendly reminder system. We advise pre-maintenance inspections to ensure effective downtime.

SuperVision offers thermal imaging using the Flir T-series and P-series thermal imaging cameras and reporting software to detect and report on temperature differences. Our operators are registered electricians and certified infrared thermographers with over 30 years experience in industrial and commercial environments.
