The RENZ Philosophy is to provide the opportunity for young people to experience life in another country, while at the same time allowing them the freedom to develop inter-personal skills and independence. The RENZ team provides a safe heaven for trainees, while giving them the space to learn and grow as travelling individuals. |
Rural Exchange New Zealand has three main branches
- Our Inbound program: brings travellers from around the world to New Zealand to have a Kiwi work experience, and to voluntarily participate in adventure & tourism activities.
- Our Outbound program: sends travellers from New Zealand to a different country to have an overseas work experience.
- Our Host program: works with local New Zealand farmers to provide safe and comfortable living and work arrangements for short-term or seasonal trainee staff.
A kiwi work experience: RENZ is an organisation that works to find agriculture placements for travelling agricultural workers. Find out more.
