Plasticorp Systems Ltd

Plasticorp Systems Ltd is a family-owned injection moulding and extrusion company.  In operation since 2002, the company operates from a 1000 square metre factory in Manukau (South Auckland). 

We manufacture a number of in-house products as well as providing contract moulding and extrusion services.

Injection Moulding

Our injection moulding plant capacity ranges from 15 tonne to 400 tonne machines, with product weights from 1 gram to 2 kilos. We can process a wide range of materials including Polyethyene, Polyproplyne, Styrene, Nylon, TPR and PVC. 

Extrusion

We produce a range of extrusion products including tube and profiles.  Tube can be made in a range of materials in OD sizes that range from 6mm up to 100mm in Polyethyene, Polyproplyne, Styrene, Nylon and PVC.
